I visited Muntjac Barn as a group of 10 to celebrate two birthdays and the set up of the house was absolutely perfect for a gathering of friends - all the rooms are lovely, clean and bright and each with its own modern en suite. The house itself and the interior design is beautiful, the log burner was absolutely lovely to use on a chilly feb weekend. There is large lake out the back in which two very friendly, chatty ducks live, we also saw a swan and a deer! The kitchen had everything we could need and more which was perfect for cooking fry ups and roasts for 10! The games room in the barn opposite was so much fun and we wished we had longer there to use it! The welcome pack from the owners was so thoughtful and above standard - cake and Prosecco included!!! Their helpfulness throughout our stay was also greatly appreciated. I would recommend this property to everyone, myself and friends already want to come back and are discussing an annual trip! Thanks so much for a fab long weekend!

It was beautifully equipped and the layout was ideal for a family group. We loved staying here. Rooms were comfortable and the beds were perfect. We all slept soundly. The lake out the back was good to sit by and watch the wildlife. I have no complaints at all. We thoroughly enjoyed the games room facilities too - a nice touch. Sitting round the log burner, family around us in a fantastic place, where the host had put a lot of thought into making their guests at home. Really lovely place.
Faultless! Beautifully done and furnished. Kitchen the best stocked I've ever experienced. Everything we needed was there. Beds comfortable. Good, large bbq.
The barn certainly has the 'wow' factor. The welcome pack was indeed welcome - Thank you! The comfort level exceeds all other properties we've stayed in and the facilities are excellent. We loved your games room - recommend Sunday lunch at The Hunny Bell in Hunworth. Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall will certainly recommend your barn. Thank you.
An excellent property in a quiet but convenient location in the heart of North Norfolk. Exceptionally well fitted, equipped and furnished; very comfortable and with a high level of privacy. The shared outdoor play area, and indoor games room, are a welcome addition, and the 'welcome pack', including fresh bread, butter, milk, tea/coffee, and best of all a home made cake, was a really nice touch. Thoroughly recommendable!
We've had a wonderful holiday. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as 3 generations, celebrating a 60th birthday. Comfortable, well equipped and love the en-suite accommodation! Excellent to have the games room and play area for the children. Great decor and stylish throughout. Hours of fun watching the wildlife on the pond and great location for all North Norfolk beaches/attractions. Thank you so much to Tim and family - we will stay again!!
We had such an amazing stay at Roe Deer Barn. What a stunning property in a beautiful location. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful property. We can’t wait to come back.
